I’m Tracy Mullins, and I’ve spent over 33 years as a certified EMT First Responder and Security and Safety Specialist. My career began with a simple but powerful desire: to save lives and prevent tragedies before they happen. Working on the front lines as an EMT and later in EMS management, I gained unparalleled experience in emergency response. I’ve encountered countless situations where a bit of preventive action could have made all the difference.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats, including that of a Security and Safety Director at a large senior retirement community in Colorado. Overseeing the safety of more than 3,000 residents brought me face to face with the everyday risks that seniors face, particularly falls.
